I don't speak to them or know anything relevant about them, or I have ongoing disputes that jeopardize cooperative efforts.
I've spoken to them in passing and know obvious details (their vehicle, basic facts about ethnicity, gender, etc).
I'm on cordial terms with at least half my neighbors and know them well enough to invite them over infrequently.
I know my neighbors well enough to discuss their religious or political beliefs and occupations, and socialize voluntarily with most (75%) of them.
My neighbors are all close personal friends or family with whom I've spent years cultivating relationships.
